Somatic & Mind-Body coaching

Somatic & Mind–Body Coaching consists of supportive, one-on-one sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, release chronic tension, and deepen connection to the body. This work invites a return to inner clarity and a more trusting relationship with yourself, guided by the body’s innate intelligence.

Sessions integrate somatic awareness, breathwork, gentle mindful movement, and reflective inquiry to support greater ease, clarity, and resilience in daily life. Rather than focusing on fixing, diagnosing, or treating, this work emphasizes awareness, regulation, and integration, supporting you in developing a more responsive and grounded relationship with your body and inner experience.

Coaching sessions are offered as non-clinical, integrative wellness coaching, available both in person and online.

Who This Work Is For

This coaching may be supportive for individuals navigating:

  • Stress, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm

  • Anxiety patterns and chronic activation

  • Life transitions, grief, or periods of uncertainty

  • A sense of disconnection from the body or inner signals

  • A desire for deeper mind–body integration and embodied clarity

While some clients come with a background in yoga or mindfulness, no prior experience is required. Sessions are collaborative, accessible, and shaped around your unique needs, intentions, and pace.

What Sessions May Include

Each session is tailored, responsive, and held with care. Sessions may include:

  • Somatic practices to increase body awareness and ease tension

  • Nervous system education (polyvagal-informed)

  • Breathwork and grounding techniques

  • Mindfulness and contemplative practices

  • Gentle yoga-informed or mindful movement

  • Guided reflection and embodied inquiry

  • Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP)

  • Trauma-informed approaches woven throughout

  • Spiritual psychology and meaning-centered exploration

  • Integration practices for everyday life

This work is most effective when experienced over time, allowing space for nervous system regulation, integration, and embodied change to unfold gradually. Somatic & Mind–Body Coaching is offered primarily as a 3-month, one-on-one coaching container, meeting weekly to support consistency, depth, and meaningful integration. To ensure presence and care, a limited number of clients are welcomed each cycle. This container is designed for individuals ready to engage with their inner experience with curiosity, consistency, and care.

I am welcoming three new clients for the mid-January–March 2026 coaching container. Spaces are intentionally limited to support depth and presence.
