Integrative Wellness Support
Somatic & Mind-Body Sessions are supportive, one-on-one wellness sessions designed to help regulate the nervous system, release chronic tension, and deepen connection to the body. This work supports a return to inner clarity and a more trusting relationship with yourself, guided by the body’s innate intelligence.
Sessions integrate somatic awareness, breath work, gentle mindful movement, and reflective inquiry to support greater ease, clarity, and resilience in daily life. Rather than focusing on fixing or diagnosing, this work emphasises awareness, regulation, and integration, supporting you in building a more responsive and grounded relationship with your body.
Sessions are available both in person and online, and are offered as non-clinical, integrative wellness support.
This work is supportive for individuals navigating:
Stress, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm
Anxiety patterns and chronic activation
Life transitions, grief, or periods of uncertainty
A sense of disconnection from the body or inner signals
A desire for deeper mind-body integration and embodied clarity
While some clients come with a background in yoga or mindfulness, no prior experience is required. Sessions are accessible, collaborative, and shaped around your unique needs and pace.

About Sarah
Sarah Beston is a somatic and mind-body practitioner with graduate training in clinical and spiritual psychology. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, with a concentration in Spirituality and Mind-Body Practice.
For over fifteen years, Sarah has supported individuals and communities through somatic practices, mindful movement, yoga, breathwork, nervous system education, and integrative wellness modalities. Her work blends science, somatic psychology, trauma-informed practice, and contemplative approaches to help clients regulate stress, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate clarity and resilience.
Sarah’s work integrates seamlessly with acupuncture, bodywork, psychotherapy, and other holistic modalities. Clients often report feeling calmer, more grounded, more connected to themselves, and clearer about personal direction.
