More About Sarah
Sarah is the former owner of The Greenhouse, a yoga and inner wellness studio in Palos Verdes, California, where she cultivated a community rooted in practice and connection.
Her offerings blend ancient wisdom with modern science, drawing from yoga, somatics, mindfulness, psychology, and spiritual healing. She creates safe, supportive spaces that invite a return to vitality, clarity, and inner knowing. She believes we are our own best teachers. Her classes weave together breath, movement, and awareness, informed by her background in dance and her continued study of the body, nervous system, and brain.
In addition to her classes and workshops, Sarah leads teacher trainings in Yin Yoga and somatic, trauma-informed practice, and has developed comprehensive training manuals to support these teachings. She brings over 15 years of experience sharing these teachings.
Her work extends into education and global programming, where she teaches entrepreneurship and innovation at Columbia University and African Leadership University (ALU), as well as through other international initiatives. Across these spaces, she shares an approach that integrates embodied awareness with mindful leadership and venture creation.
She guides retreats and immersive experiences internationally, creating space for reflection, connection, and renewal.
As an ambassador for Yoga Gives Back, an organization dedicated to empowering women and children in underserved communities in India, she remains deeply committed to seva, or selfless service.
