This 5-day home yoga and inner wellness retreat taps into the wisdom of the body through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, chakra and breath-work, and self-reflection exercises. Each day we will move through a 45-minute flow practice working with the elements of nature before moving into a short guided meditation. We will conclude each day with self-reflection exercises for intuitive discovery. You will feel a fresh sense of energy, ease, and awareness.
