Integrative Coaching & Mentorship
A thoughtful space for meaningful change, deeper clarity, and creating what comes next.
There are seasons when the path you've been following no longer quite resonates. Maybe you're in a transition, questioning an old definition of success, or sensing that something in your life, work, or leadership is ready to change, even if you can't yet see what comes next.
These moments are invitations. This work offers a steady, spacious relationship in which to listen more closely, reconsider what matters, and take grounded steps toward a life and work that reflect who you are now.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, stepping into a new chapter of leadership, or building something that feels true to you, this work begins with a simple invitation: come home to yourself, and trust that you are your own best teacher.
Who this is for
Women navigating a transition in identity, career, relationships, or life stage
Leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives building something purposeful and wanting it to feel aligned
Yoga and meditation practitioners or teachers ready to bring their practice into their work and daily decisions
Women who look successful on paper but long for more meaning, ease, and direction
Anyone ready to turn insight into grounded action
How we work:
I bring together four threads that rarely meet in one place:
Psychology & reflective inquiry. We explore your beliefs, patterns, strengths, and values, drawing on my graduate training in psychology and my work teaching it.
Yoga, mindfulness & embodied awareness. Rooted in more than fifteen years of yoga practice and teaching, we use breath, stillness, and body-based awareness to reconnect you with your intuition. Sessions are primarily conversational; movement is optional.
Spiritual inquiry & meaning. We explore purpose, values, and the deeper questions underneath your choices, in a way that welcomes any belief or none.
Leadership & intentional action. Through my work teaching entrepreneurship and innovation, we translate insight into decisions, boundaries, and next steps.
