As the weather starts to get warmer, I find myself wanting to trade in my typical hearty breakfast of eggs and toast (not going to lie—I’ve been off bagels for about 2 weeks now and It. Is. Hard.) for something a little more refreshing, energizing, and light. Enter the perfect (and super easy) way to start the day: breakfast chia.
