My goal as a health coach is to help my clients create happy, healthy lives that are free of denial and discipline and full of flexibility and fun. I guide clients to discover what works best for them.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellness and look at how all areas of your life are interconnected. Does stress at work or in your relationship result in overeating at night? Does feeling tired prevent you from exercising? We’ll see how each part of your life contributes to the complete picture of your health and create a personalized approach to improve your overall quality of life.
